1.  Internet shop which is located on internet page www.gemsilver.pl enables customers to buy products by Internet.

4. If you buy in our Internet shop www.gemsilver.pl it means that you accept thereof statutes.

II. Rules of do and execution of indent 

5. You can buy by adding products to a basket and next by pushing a button “Indent”.  Buying products you have to set up an account on our page. Thanks this you can check and control level of indent and parcel post execution. 

6. Precondition to indent realisation is filling whole data correctly with e-mail address and mobile number, which will be using to confirmation of an order.

7. You can indent around the clock whole year. Every indent during working days before 1 p.m. during weekends, and high days and holidays will be executed during next working day. 

8. If GEM SILVER. PL Krzysztof Olk Company did not sent indent because of conditions which forbid delivering consignment, Company would reserve the right to stop execution of order. Client will be apprising about problems with delivery

9. Every indent where data were filling incorrectly (mistakes in e-mail address or lack of telephone number), it would not be executed. 

10. GEM SILVER. PL Krzysztof Olk Company reserves the right to ban indent which will be looking doubtfully.

11. Prices of products in internet shop www.gemsilver.pl connect VAT (gross prices).

12. GEM SILVER. PL Company issues receipts and VAT invoices after indents. If you want taking VAT invoice, you should fill your company’s data with VAT number.

13. We give out that every selling products are brand-new and without design fault.

14. Product which was bought each Customer can turn in to our Company within 10 days since the day when Customer got packet from us providing that products do not have any pounding and still have label. Buying products can be returning to our Company only with original proof of purchase (receipts or VAT invoices). Charge for goods we pay back by bank transfer or by postal order. Delivery cost or supply made against payment won’t pay back, costs connected with return consignment client pay. In the event of sending return consignment freight forward, our Company won’t take it.

15. Internet shop www.gemsilver.pl do not create sales proposal from the viewpoint of  civilian code but it is only invitation to do shopping.

16. Order placement means that customer accepts: price of intend, way of payment, way of products delivery and actual delivery address.

17. During log in internet shop www.gemsilver.pl Customer agrees on taking data which were put by Customer to our database and computing it according to goals and rules mentioned in those statutes. Each personal details will be protect in accordance with data protection act on 29.08.1997 year (Dz.U. Nr 133 poz. 883).

18. Customer in accordance with data protection act can control personal details and can correct it. Gemsilver.pl Company assures each customer right of control in transforming personal details according to data protection act

19. Consignment last 1-3 days after post payment on an account (usually it is the same day). 

20. In the case of damage to consignment by ferryman, Customer has a duty to draw up a protocol. Only in this case complaint will be accepted.

21. In the event of discrepancy delivered products with indent products, Company asks for write down complaint and sent it on e-mail address: sklep@gemsilver.pl. Company will reply during 7 working days. 

22. Issues which were not raised in this Statute should be considered from the point of view of Civilian Code.
